 Disappointing, This review is from: Treesje Gatsby Satchel (Apparel) This is the second time I have purchased this bag. I purchased the black with the patent trim. The first time I received the bag, the quilting on the front looked like it was pieced together from two entirely different types of leather. About 3/4 of the quilting was smooth as it appears in the picture. The other 1/3 appeared to be a wrinkled, grainy leather. The tag on the bag warned that there may be subtle variations in the leather, but there was nothing subtle about this. I sent it back and re-ordered. With the second bag, which arrived today, it's the quilting itself that is the problem. About half the quilted front appears as it does in the picture, but the other half is sort of loose and baggy. It's a shame, because the bag appears to have good quality hardware. I could live with a small defect in the quality, but this is unacceptable to me and it's going back also. |
