Once I purchased a pair of Eagle Eyes, I found that not all sunglasses are darkening.Through a unique lens, things actually get brighter in sunlight, though without any of the squinting or pain. The glasses remove much of the glare or reflection, which in turn causes the object to seem brighter, because the glare is not in your eyes. The yellowish, amber tinting does not take long to get used to, and it almost seems natural after a while. I usually forget I am wearing them. Even after being in direct sunlight for hours almost everyday for two years, the tinting does not fade, keeping the glasses as useful as the day they were purchased. After several years, the nose pieces may need to be replaced, but my glasses seem very good condition with little scratching, seeing as they have been through years of wear and tear. As sun glasses, it is amazing how intense colors become because the blue light is filtered out without dimming the light while your eyes can relax from a softer light. Additionally, they can be worn a couple of hours before bedtime indoors to block out blue light which can help you fall asleep. This happens because the blue part of the color spectrum wakes you in the morning and its absence alerts your body at night to prepare for sleep. My wife got rid of her insomnia immediately after wearing these in the evening. I have had difficultly following the flight of golf shots. The Eagle eye Extremes allow me to see 90% of the ball flights now. A great improvement.On the down side the shipment and delivery took nearly 3 weeks and there was no communication from the supplier. |
